How long will my item take to get to me?
All of our orders are sent Express with Australia Post which estimate 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
I live rurally, how long will postage take?
If you live rurally the post can take a little longer, Australia Post estimates up to 4-5 days if you live rurally.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
All of our parcels come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order is sent out.
I live in Brisbane, can I pick up?
Unfortunately we don’t have a space where you are able to pick up, so all items will be sent via Australia Post.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The item I ordered doesn’t suit me, can I get a refund?
As each piece is made to order, please choose your garment carefully, check the suggested size guide or email our team to find out more information about sizing or fit as no refunds can be made for change of mind. We encourage all customers to purchase mindfully before they invest in an IL piece. If you are still not happy with your piece we can process a store credit for you to put towards another piece!
A refund can only be made if the garment is faulty or damaged but must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please email our team if there is an issue with your item.
The item I ordered doesn’t fit, can I exchange for a different size?
Of course! If you are unsure of your size, in between sizes or outside of our size range please send our team an email and we can advise you as best we can!
How long do I have to return an item?
After you have received your item you have 7 days to return for an exchange or store credit. This does not include return postage times as we understand delays can happen. Please send us an email if you wish to exchange an item or return for a store credit.
I bought the wrong size but my event is this weekend, will I get a size exchange in time?
We cannot send out your new size until we have received the return, and postage times are never certain. If you have a time constraint please email our team and we will do our best to work with you. For this reason we would recommend buying another size and once the other size is received we will process a refund for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Absolutely! Just select Afterpay at checkout and it will redirect you to the Afterpay website to finalise your order.
What is the expiry time on your gift vouchers?
Never! We want everyone to find the perfect piece for them so our Gift Cards never expire!
Can I purchase a gift voucher online?
Yes absolutely! You can purchase a gift card for any amount between $25 and $1000.
How do I get my gift voucher?
All of our gift vouchers are completely digital, and will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed!
I’m outside the size range, can I still get an IL piece?
We want to be as inclusive as possible, however our size range is carefully considered based on style and design. If you are outside the size range please send us an email and we will do our best to make sure you are able to get your IL piece!
What about options for bigger busts?
We are always trying to accommodate all types of bodies and we have plenty of options for bigger busts! If you are unsure of what styles may suit your body type, please send our team an email!
I’m short/tall can I customise the length?
We try to consider this when designing each piece, and you will notice a lot of our garments have wide hems that will allow for alterations. We always recommend getting your IL piece altered to fit you if it’s not quite right.
If something sells out, will it come back in stock?
If the fabric is an IL Exclusive it will most likely be restocked, however some fabrics are one-off and this may change stock availability piece to piece.
How do I know when something comes back in stock?
If something is out of stock you can sign up to be notified once the item is back in stock! This helps us gauge customer interest in a certain style, so if you want something to come back definitely sign up to be notified!
Can I get something in a different fabric?
Some of our styles offer different fabric choices, such as our Let them Eat Cake collection, however if there isn’t an option it means that style is only available in that fabric. We cannot make any custom changes to our online pieces.
Can I try before I buy?
Unfortunately we are a solely online business so we do not have a space to offer people to try on. We also make all of our garments to order to avoid consumer waste so we do not keep any sizes in stock.
