EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS
For the holiday season, an extended returns period will apply to all purchases made in the month of December. In the event that your purchase is unsuitable, we will be accepting exchanges or returns for store credit to the value of the product at purchase until January 10th 2025
All items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with all original packaging intact. If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at an additional charge.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
Things don't always go to plan so if you change your mind for any reason we are happy to offer exchanges or returns for store credit to the value of the product at purchase within 10 business days of purchase. We will issue a store credit for your purchased item value.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or Isabella Longginou has made a mistake and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your request.

STORE CREDIT
Isabella Longginou store credits are issued as gift cards via email which are honoured for 3 years from date of issue.
REFUNDS
Isabella Longginou is not required to refund unless a garment is faulty at the discretion of Isabella Longginou.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
