Returns & Exchanges

EXTENDED RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All orders placed between 27th November and 22nd December are eligible for 30 day* returns and orders placed between 22nd December and 8th January are eligible for 15 day* returns.

EXCHANGES

As everything is made to order we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we can issue a store credit for your purchased item value. If the size you ordered is incorrect we can offer a size exchange within 10 business days of receiving your item.

 

STORE CREDIT

As every item is made to order we limit exchanges for store credit to 2 times.

All returned items must be in original condition and unworn. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure about the item you are purchasing and require further information.

Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your request. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

Isabella Longginou cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend a registered and trackable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your exchange or return to be processed.

 

SALE ITEMS 

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

A return may be granted if your item is faulty or damaged however all returns, replacements, faulty or incorrect orders are at the discretion of Isabella Longginou. Isabella Longginou reserves the right to reject an order for any reason, at any time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
